Jamaican Beef Patties With Weed
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup cold water

- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup beef broth

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, turmeric powder, curry powder, paprika, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the cold butter cubes to the flour mixture. Use your fingertips to rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
