Potato Masala Dosas are crispy shells that are deliciously similar to crepes, filled with a flavorful potato masala. This delightful dish combines the best of Indian cuisine with a cannabis-infused twist. Whether you're a fan of dosas or looking to try something new, these Potato Masala Dosas are sure to satisfy your taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dosa batter
  • 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
  • A few curry leaves
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Cannabis-infused oil or butter (adjust potency to your preference)

Going Step by Step

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
  2. Add the asafoetida and curry leaves to the pan, followed by the chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
  3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add the turmeric powder and mashed potatoes to the pan. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend. Season with salt according to your taste.
  5. Heat a non-stick dosa tawa or skillet over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto the center of the tawa and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
  6. Drizzle some cannabis oil or butter around the edges of the dosa. Cook until the dosa turns golden brown and crispy.
  7. Spoon a generous amount of the potato masala onto one side of the dosa and fold it over.
  8. Repeat the process with the remaining dosa batter and potato masala.
  9. Serve the Potato Masala Dosas hot with your favorite chutney or sambar.
  10. Give it a try and enjoy!

Tips

  • For extra flavor, you can add a sprinkle of garam masala or chopped fresh coriander leaves to the potato masala.
  • If you prefer a spicier version, increase the amount of green chilies or add red chili powder.
  • Ensure the dosa batter is spread evenly on the tawa to achieve a crispy dosa.
  • Experiment with different cannabis-infused oils or butter to personalize the potency and effects of your Potato Masala Dosas.

We are sure you are a perfect cook! Nonetheless, do remember to pay attention to the amount of Potato Masala Dosas you consume: it should always be modified based on the strength of your product and the potency you desire. Dosing homemade edibles can be tricky, so it is strongly recommended to start with one portion of a serving. After one or two hours, listen to your body and decide whether to consume more. It is not recommended to drive or operate any machinery when taking edibles. Use responsibly!
