For hemp-derived products (CBD, Delta-8, CBG, CBN, etc., with less than 0.3% THC), you must be at least 21 years old regardless of state law.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a full replacement policy. Due to the nature of hemp products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
No, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
We ship to most states, but some products are restricted due to local laws. For example:
- THCA products are not shipped to: AR, ID, MN, OR, RI.
- Delta-8 products are not shipped to: AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, MA, MS, MT, NV, NH, NY, ND, OR, RI, SC, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV.

- Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.
- Shipping Time:
Standard shipping generally takes 4–7 business days after your order is processed. Please note that delivery time may vary depending on your location and product availability.
If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with your local carrier or neighbors first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help you track it.
If you received a broken or defective product (e.g., cracked bottles, damaged seals, vape issues, etc.), contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly replace it.
If your order hasn’t shipped, send an email to [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll cancel it. If it has already shipped, you may initiate a return once it arrives.

CBD (cannabidiol) is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in hemp. It’s non-psychoactive, legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, and used for wellness purposes.
THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) is a psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis. It produces the traditional “high” and is still federally restricted, though legal in many states.
- CBD is non-psychoactive and does not produce a “high”.
- THC (specifically Delta-9) is psychoactive and responsible for the cannabis high.
They both interact with the body’s endocannabinoid system, but in different ways.
