- "Updated to add: the budtender is no longer tending there because the owner took customer concerns very seriously and went above and beyond to acknowledge my frustrations and do all he could to remedy the situation!!!!! Can't beat THAT level of customer service on the flip side. Best I've received not just at a dispensary but anywhere!!! One star for the ridiculous level of customer service received. The budtender took my husband's card then when I was handing him mine and completely ignored me trying to hand him mine and instead took a guy's license who walked in AFTER us and THEN started entering it instead of my husband's. I finally said oh must be the hat to try and get his attention that him servicing the second customer over us was unacceptable and he just went huh? Because he was too high to understand the reference. The mid shelf had higher terp and thc content over the platinum or extreme shelves which is not right for them being such higher prices. Asked for an infused pre-roll, the budtender didn't even know if they were distillate infused even though it was his "personal choice recommendation." Then, once again, the budtender started asking the guy who came after us about his needs before checking us out while we were just standing there waiting on him. Will not be back to just be overlooked because we weren't dressed as fancy as the other guy. Worst budtender and customer service ever experienced in a dispensary." - Leah Digby
