"We finally found the right CBD product for our senior dog. Alpaca Club is one of the few places in the area that carry it. It was super easy to order. Delivery was very quick. They keep you notified of when the driver will arrive. Every driver we've had was super nice. Our last order got a little mixed up because the packaging changed so the dosage wasn't marked in the same way as it was previously. I didn't notice until the driver left, but called and they quickly made it right. Great service for the Sacramento area." - Bonnie D
"Excellent customer service when theres an issue! My only complaint would be that their communication with a substitution needs improvement. I had an unexpected substitution and when I tried contacting them after realizing the contents of my bag, they replied about a half hour later and fixed it by sending someone out to exchange it for a substitution I preferred.
