"Used to enjoy ordering from them, but they've now lost my business since 2/10/23. I ordered the Leaf Buddi from them. Charged it for correct amount of time, wouldn't hold the charge. Try multiple times, multiple outlets in my house, and nothing. It would work so long as it was plugged in, but not unplugged. Called them on Sunday (cuz I did my own troubleshooting and had other things going on). Was told that someone would get back to me, but no one has yet. It's been almost a week now. I'm out the money, out the product, and annoyed with this business. Their dabs and stuff are pretty good, but they don't treat their customers as good as I thought they did. UPDATE: They did indeed swap out a new one for the broken one. It works great!" - Natalie Lenoci
