  • "My pal and I shopped this morning and had another great experience. We looked online prior to arrival and had a list ready so our budtender just had to go to the back and grab our stuff. (I wish I had noticed his name because he was incredibly friendly and courteous. He is agent #14600.) When he got back with our items, he went through the list with us line by line to make sure he got it all right. He was very thorough and took his time making sure we got exactly what we wanted.   • "First I would like to start by saying I really do love this dispensary and I’ve never ever had any issues with anyone here until I had to pick up my order today. Agent 14385 is honestly one of the rudest people I have encountered in any business. I can acknowledge when I’m in the wrong about pricing, which this was the case. However, I wanted to be sure about the pricing so I looked online. You could tell he was very agitated and not very happy. I even said that I was sorry for the misunderstanding, I got no response. At the end of my purchase, I said thank you and have a good day and I still got no response. You could really look at his face and tell he didn’t want to be there. Everyone else that works here is so great and so kind. I’ve always had every other worker greeting me with a smile. The product here is amazing, I wouldn’t even go anywhere else for my cannabis.
