"The medical side staff handled an extremely rude and entitled woman’s demands for a discount will extreme professionalism and respect. There’s no reason to be that rude to anyone and the woman didn’t tip and tried to intimidate an employee in training. Disgusting and uncomfortable for customers (like me).
