"Just had an unannounced audit from OMMA inspectors. COVA software made this experience a good one! They were blown away by the data I had and how current my inventory count was. Wanted to know the name of my pos system, COVA. Told them I did inventory every second. They checked customer list, sales, taxes, labels, etc... Passed with flying colors. I asked them what they did on an audit of a dispensary that didn’t have the dynamic software/pos system I have and they operate off a “Big Chief tablet and a #2 pencil?”....they said it was quite the process.
