"Ethos has always been amazing. I have never had a bad experience here, but today! I had an experience worth sharing to the world. So my 2 yr old son was with me about a month ago and he left his bear there. We didn't know. But my son has been sad about it and idk what to do. Nothing replaced it. Parents understand . So today I came in and the two men in the front immediately told me they had his bear and that they made sure to hold it for us even when kids asked for it. The bear has sentimental value and we thought it was gone for good. But today those 2 men made me and my kids day with such a gentle gesture. I so appreciate them for what they did. It the small things in life! A boy is reunited with his bear. Thanks guys!" - Quanda Harding
