"As a person new to Maryland's med marijuana program, I was overwhelmed with the choices. Eric was patient,informative and very personable. While I still have much to learn in the new world of so many products, the folks at Ethos make it very easier. They also have curb side pickup which is very convenient. Lastly, they offer a "wisdom" discount for those of us with experience. It was very respectful to have them use the wisdom label instead of "senior" discount. I mention this not only because it was a very sensitive way to describe a discount based upon age, but it is also indicative of the kind of customer service you will experience with Ethos.
