"I had an unpleasant experience at Harbor Collective but it worked out fine because they did the right thing. They didn't do anything wrong to cause the problem I faced and I certainly didn't cause the problem myself I just bought the stuff. When I went back to discuss it the gal took the products to her boss to see what was going on. He had never seen it before, the bud tender had never seen it before, and I sure hadn't either so they gave me the piece to replace the faulty problem and that's good business in my view.
