- "Always excellence customer service; rather you come in at opening or ten minutes to closing; the welcoming energy in this place is always amazing the atmosphere is so welcoming and there is never a pressure or rush on the purchase; each bud tender is educated on product and availability answering all question they can honestly not just saying what you want to hear to make a sell; I appreciate the knowledge staff; the customer service is absolutely excellent. Definitely one of my favorite clubs here in the city. They offer a military discount as well and it does make a difference; so I am grateful; I have been helped by probably everyone that works in this location I couldn’t name just 1 person to work with; everyone has been a joy to be tending by. - "Had the absolute pleasure of having Alyssa S. as my friend and I’s budtender and she was so great! Was super knowledgeable about their products as well as answering my questions. She recommended the Gelato brand and I am so happy she did because it’s amazing and tastes/smells really good. The other workers including the security guard were so sweet as well! - "I come in every week and I always have a great experience, the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I’ve been to other kolas locations and they aren’t the same, Micheal is always a great help and such a wonderful person to talk to and get information from! Everyone is so friendly (even the security gaurds) and informative even about products they don’t themselves use. This location also has lots of space and fun has things to look at on the shelves and walls. They always have great deals! Thank you and please stay exactly the way you are!
