"Just want to say how amazing and customer focused this place is. Especially Marcos and Lacee. My husband and I had bought 2 cartridges from here. A few days later one of our cartridges Literally fell apart and stopped working. We brought them back in to see if we could get an exchange on the cartridge and Marcos and Lacee immediately figured out that it was defective and they gave us a new cartridge. On top of that, they also informed us that our battery we used for our vape pen might be defective or it could also just need to be charged so they went ahead and gave us a brand new battery for our vape pen free of charge to use while we charged our other one.
