I live atleast a half an hour away, I moved to Aurora 7 yrs. ago from Denver, but still I make the trip, because there hasn't been bad experiences at all. I thought I misplaced an 8th, when I bought a silicone Beaker, and they were Soooooo understanding. (It was at the bottom of the paper bag, I felt incredibly embarrassed).
