These people are the kindest you can find in East Central Illinois. They're the only store I choose just for their welcoming demeanor, kindness in providing information and beautiful personalities. - "Wanted to express my gratitude for the deeply compassionate care that I have received from Megan and Kelly in regards to completing my medical card renewal. I had had several attempts at doing it, and had paid for it months ago, and was having issues getting the last parts of things completed, I came into the office with Megan and then the next day with Kelly and I found them both to be deeply compassionate, attentive and ready to help me get my equilibrium back. They even provided me with a couple of small free Chillum’s that were loaded with medicine that would get me through until the finalization of the medical card status came on, later that day. I really feel like both of these great souls went way above and beyond to take care of me and I guess I really am remiss in leaving a review because I kind of feel that way every time I go to NuEra in Urbana.
