"I've been in a few times and I love it, I used to live in whitmore and went in about once a week. Since we've moved to Brighton we've been getting delivery, the drivers are super polite. Anytime we have an issue or concern the employees are super understanding and right there for us. Delivery time has improved, it was very late before. "This was my first delivery from Planted Provisioning. Owen was such a big help and very patient with me, he even offered to help me with tech difficulties. As far away from the store as I am (about an hour)and on a busy holiday weekend, the driver (I didn't get his name) was actually early, and very kind.
