"Great selection and amazing staff. Definitely my go to since moving to Anchorage. If I had any complaints it would be the consistency of the product on hand. I loved Tropical Heat but when I went back for more they were out of stock. "Update. Went back in and finally a different manager took care of things. Thank you Everything has been great, it was my favorite store. But a couple weeks ago the manager didn't bagged my choice of flower. I get home over an hr away and I'm missing my flower. I called and they said they'd put a notice. I went 3 times after, never got it, and now they didn't want to change the old strain or credit my purchase. Thats poor customer service and manager never took responsibility." - DJ
