- "Extremely disappointed that the company changed the rules to the poker promotion and did not honor the rules that they had when I made my purchases to receive the cards. However, the reason this is a four star review and not a one star review was the staff. Whether or not they agreed with me, they all showed sympathy and actually seemed to feel bad that I was unhappy. I've been to many dispensaries in my life, and I can honestly say none have shown me the compassion and concern that this staff has. Scott in particular made every effort within his power to try to make things right. At the end of the day I think that's what matters. You can buy very similar products across Massachusetts. But the people who sell them to you differ significantly from company to company. Truth be told Ive been coming here for 10 months and this is the first bad experience Ive had.
