I came in On June 2nd I visit A lot at least twice a week sometimes and Jacob makes you feel like you’re stopping in to visit family. He gives knowledgeable advice on products they have available and the current specials. This was my first time meeting Jacob and it was the best. Due to his amazing guest service, I have a great start to my weekend !! His smile was contagious and inviting the entire visit. Thank you for the excellent customer service. - "I walked in with my family since we were all making a purchase up until we were greeted by the greeter with could we shut up because she’s not thinking straight due to the fact she had 212 people before us and us conversing was not allowing her to think, I’ve said this on multiple occasions this is a place for wellbeing no one should speak to anyone like this ever!! I spoke with the manager and explained the inconvenience and disregard of her greeter, she was helpful in assisting but I would like upper management to contact me in regards to this matter, it was very upsetting for my family and I! Update… I did speak with management and everyone has been very helpful, nice!
