"I have been to Rise for a few months and it has always been a positive experience. From the first time I entered it was a completely comfortable experience. Finally the stigma of using cannabis was gone and no sneaking to purchase the product. When I went in the person greeting and checking IDs. She is pleasant and always smiling. I usually will chit-chat the person helping me and I was impressed with Jake, who was knowledgeable about the products and inquired what I wanted to "accomplish" and was able to suggest products. He made the experience easy and pleasant. I had a suggestion I made to him about a particular product and he was receptive to what I said and he was going to pass it along.
