- "Friendly, knowledgeable staff and the best cannabis products in the city IMO. You can schedule appointments or just walk in which is what I always do. They have an awesome rewards program too! Rise is family owned and has more of a community vibe than the other Manhattan dispensaries. It’s smaller and not as flashy as the others but you feel more warm and welcomed here and not just another customer. They have the products I am looking for, there are these 1 to 1 Orange matter gummies that everyone else stopped selling besides these guys and are always there when I go. - "I cannot recommend this place enough. I wish I could give it more stars. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. They are beyond professional, friendly, knowledgeable- you can tell they deeply enjoy and care about their jobs and they are happy to answer any questions or help in every way. I was completely struck by their genuine compassion. (Special thanks to Noa who helped me through this whole process- 11/10 employee- talking to him on the phone beforehand is the reason why I chose this dispensary.) The location is so sparkling clean and smells fresh too. You place your order online, where you can see their full available menu, and then they text you when it is ready and packed for pickup. I got 3 strains of flower for my first try and let me just say, beautiful. Clearly labeled with all information in tightly sealed, opaque containers so they stay fresh away from sunlight and air. Perfectly cured, smells amazing, smokes so smoothly- it honestly feels clean when you smoke it. All three strains- with distinctly different qualities.
