"This is my third time visiting the Paramus Rise location and I couldn’t be more impressed by Angela and Emerald! I purchased a battery that turned out to be faulty / defective , and Angela greeted me at the entrance, listened to the issue attentively, and took care of a replacement immediately! Emerald assisted in checking me out, was very helpful in detailing the receipt to me and ensuring that all was resolved.
