Several people were ahead of me, but it was extremely fast I was already inside and talking to Minh, my patient care specialist, who was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through my edible purchase. Amazing assortment of products and the High Riser rewards program they had signed me up for my last visit already was working for me as I was able to use some points on this purchase. - "The staff are always extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, BUT, THE NEW POLICY SUCKS!!!! You expect patients to just gather in the lobby and wait with the recreational users for someone to come get our order??? that's a HIPPA violation!!!! it's much easier and confidential for patients to be serviced in the back behind closed doors. there isn't even a curtain separating the lobby where patients wait from the main entrance where everyone can walk in.
