- "Edit: I originally rated this place with only one star due to a very unpleasant experience I had. However, what I suspect to be the top store manager, reached out to me. Through that contact she made everything clear as far as their policy on malfunctioning devices and replaced the current one I had that was malfunctioning even though it was out of their 14 day return period. I appreciate the genuine fixing of the situation and encourage her other managers to be more informed on their policies. Overall won my business back, though hopefully nobody else comes across this problem in the future. If any of their products here malfunction shortly after purchase they tell you to contact the manufacturer directly instead of just replacing a $20 battery and that’s after you talk to 3 other people who tell you they’re a manager but don’t know what to do about malfunctioning products.
