"Update: I was contacted by the shop and they were more than willing to help despite the usual no return policy. I really appreciate them taking the time to make things right and replace it since it was defective. Really shows they do care about their customers being happy. I had a positive experience the first visit but I went back one day for a cartridge spent $55 pre tax on one just to open it and it be dead and didn't come with a charger for it.
