"Haven't been into this location since they remodeled and while I kinda miss that industrial feel they had, man oh man is the new place welcoming. You guys lost me down the road for a bit cuz they just had more to offer on concentrates but you had some good stuff online so I thought I'd come back and I'm glad I did. Your staff has always been friendly but I had a great conversation with the bud tender on this trip. I'm awful with names so I apologize dude, but he was a snazzy dresser in a sweet "Hawaiian shirt" and his mustache game was on point. He was the tipping point that will bring me back" - Mike Hager
"This location is small and tucked away in a small plaza in North Adams, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have some high grade goods and the prices are reasonable. The only issue I ever had was the times pickup during covid, if you got there a bit earlier (coming from another state) they would make you wait until your time even if you were notified that your goods were ready....this had put a damper on a few of my days plans but it is what it is. Today you can go back into the facility and buy your goods and so far no masks are required." - Tara (Tara)
