- "I came in with my parents with them being their first time and right away they were made very well taken care of and comfortable with Sam. Absolutely knowledgeable and informative and patient with every and any questions my parents asked. My dad having done 29 years in the service and I doing my time in aswell, we tend to have back/body pain and Sam informed us on EVERY single thing we had questions on be it types and differences in product and what would help. She took care of us extremely well and more than anything thank you Sam for the major difference you made in their first time experience coming in, the whole car ride home they were just non stop talking about how amazing you were, knowledgeable, appreciative and I quote "she was so cool!"
