"First time there today. I liked that no one was behind bulletproof glass. I get it, but it’s not very inviting. The greeters/security in the lobby were friendly and informative. Once in the store a friendly young lady named Ash waited on me. I told her I was a newbie and she informed me of various discounts available, the different house brands, and was knowledgeable about the product I was buying. I did create an account online beforehand which was simple, and saves time. It was a nice experience all around." - Karl Himmelmann
"Ash W. checked me out today and was incredibly helpful recommending me a new battery for my cartridges! She explained how it works and the warranty to me, and even gave me some helpful tricks. Everyone who works here is super kind and helpful. I've never had a bad experience here! I do miss those cute lil this or that style tip jars though! They had personality and were also way easier to get money into. But all in all, I love this store so much and will and do recommend it to all my card carrying friends." - Olivia Gehrer
