  • "The drive may be long, but the staff here are the best of any dispensary I’ve been to. Always smiling and trying to make their customers day better. They give compliments and ask questions and genuinely want to connect with their customers. It’s a nice feeling. Waiting in line takes very little time and usually always spark conversation with other customers. Walk in the door in pain and full of negativity. Walk out relieved and with a smile. Can’t complain about that! The only negative I have is sometimes their prices are higher than others for the same product. So I have to drive another 30m.   • "I can't fault the dispensary for the ridiculous program we have here in Ohio as it's a problem that affects all dispensaries. The way they have to do orders can make things long, tedious and seem silly but they do have to abide by it. I have been coming here for over a year. It's a very busy place sometimes, they run daily specials that are more popular versus other daily specials. Even if the parking lot is full and you're struggling to find a place to park, the line moves steadily. I would say even on the busiest of days I am in and out within 20 minutes of walking in the door. (I place my orders online) In the time I have been coming they've gotten faster and faster. They have the same staples from the same companies but you will also find some new things that come and go. They don't seem to have a high turnover rate as I've seen the same people working there since I started going, which is pretty nice and feels familiar when you stop in. The staff is super friendly and helpful, patient and they seem to have a really great rapport with customers and each other. It's a great vibe! Today I talked Elixirs with Will & Ben (ITS AN ELIXIR NOT A SODA) at the counter and chatted about super random topics with Amanda while waiting in line.
