  • "10 out of 5 stars! 1st time patient here. I had ordered online for pickup, but didn’t really have much of an idea as to what to do once I got there to actually pick up my order. I rarely leave reviews but Takoma Wellness gets a well deserved 5 stars! I really would leave 10 stars if I could. Quite literally, from the instant I pulled into the parking lot to begin my visit, until I left the parking lot at the end of my visit, every single one of the staff I encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nekisha was absolutely amazing! She was a literal pleasure to meet with! When she went over my order with me, she noticed my preference when it came to choosing one thing over another, and by being so attentive, she was able to show me a couple of deals they had on different products that had my same preference in common, and also personally recommended a couple of products that fit my preferences. She communicated everything to me with kindness, knowledge, and understanding. She not only made me feel informed and educated, but to me, even more importantly, I felt super comfortable and welcomed. Exceptionally great experience, I 1000% will be back!
