Staff is very knowledgeable about their product(s), answer all the questions I have, and make suggestions based on what I say I like. The high never disappoints. Everyone there is wonderful!   • "I LOVE this location, and I really enjoy Terrapin in general. I've been to a Denver location and both Boulder locations and this one beats the others out in customer service easy! While they are nice at the other stores, Mollie showed the CARE in Terrapin Care Station today when she made an experience great by ensuring I got the promotional pricing despite not having the live resin in stock. I ended up getting a distillate instead to fulfill the order and was just going to pay the extra even though Mollie knew I came in with my Doberman Val to take advantage of that special! I am so pleased with how kind and attentive everyone is here. I come 2-3 times a week getting a few grams at a time of concentrates. Their concentrates are AMAZING. I'm a very strain specific guy and get headaches from certain strains easily. I am able to get great price concentrates here and they have the usual rotation of strains to pick from with new and different ones coming across the path for those that like to branch out.
