- "I’m writing this positive review because I had a great experience at Theory. I wasn’t having the greatest day when I stopped into Theory for a pick-me-up. But after a mix up with my order, I was bumming out. However, things totally turned around because of excellent customer service from Zach!!! He handled the issue professionally and correctly. - "Always a great visit when I come here. Staff are quick to review your order and cash you out. I made a request to add another item from the pick-up lane and they had no problem doing that for me. Update to add: recent visit as a med patient, Brianna took such good care of me! She detailed all of my benefits and perks as I was unaware of those before she helped me. She told me about the punch cards and went into great detail to give me the best service I’ve had there yet. She saved me a lot of money by telling me what I could use from my perks to put towards my cost. I had not only the products I love so much but some money left over for take out when I got the munchies. Thank you Brianna ❤️ Update to add: 2/7/2023 9:20am or so: Melissa was incredible. She was so patient with me as we chatted and waited for a supervisor to come help us with a little sitch/mishap. Melissa and him-supervisor(unfortunately didn’t catch his name) took really great care of me. I cannot thank them enough for what they did.
