"I love going to UWD in Norman. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate Charlotte for always helping me when I'm there. She always makes me feel welcomed. I also want to thank Star and Jerry for always taking care of me when I'm there. There really is no place like this! Please go to them for your wellness needs! 5 stars are definitely not enough! "I have been a loyal customer since they opened the edmond location. I drive a long distance to Norman now that the edmond store is closed. Star and Jerry are amazing and have always taken their time helping me. Unfortunately my last visit wasn’t pleasant at all. The bud tender became argumentative about terpenes and when I proved him wrong he became more unpleasant. This won’t keep me from going back but I definitely will call next time I head over because I do not want to deal with this particular individual again. Side note - Don’t argue with someone who’s done their research with the owner and discourage a customer. I’ve done my research and nobody likes a know it all." - Emily Cannady
