"So I'm pretty sure I've left a review for them before but I got to say this place really goes above and beyond to make things right for there customers. Yesterday I had been out and about all day running errands realized I was out I stopped by woke to grab some flower while I was there I realized I had forgot to bring back a dab straw I had recently purchased. the reason for that was the tip actually melted shut and then completely closed up it bubbled on the side making a hole. so I told the employee about it and that next time I came in I would show him just because I thought I was weird and never had it happen to any other product I've bought from there. not expecting him to be able to do anything about it. he then asked me which one I had bought I showed him which ones it was. and he took my word on what happened and allowed me to replace it without even having proof with me at the time. This has been my favorite shop since I started going here and they just keep getting better and better." - bobby noah
