  • "Always knowledgeable staff and friendly service! I like that I can get the senior discount at age 55. Others won't give this to people until they are 60 or even 65. I do wish the company would figure out how to hold onto their staff though. I just start to get to know my budtenders and they're gone. Other times I feel a great connection with a budtender who seems to get me and understand the ailments I deal with and the next time I go and ask if that person is there, the others there either tell me that person no longer works there, or they don't even know who I'm referring to because either they didn't work there long before they left or the people I'm asking are all brand new. I don't know if it's that they're not getting paid well enough for what they do or if it's about working conditions, but it's very disappointing to see these great people come and go all the time (almost on a weekly basis at times). They usually have what I want in stock, but I have to drive to Hanover for the things I need at times, which is pretty typical across the board. The place on the west end rarely has what I need, and you have to be 65 to get a senior discount there, so I never go to that store at all any longer. The place I go to in Hanover has what I need in stock 99% of the time. I think they're just a bigger company. All in all, I love this place. The staff is always very helpful and friendly, even if there is a lot of turnover." - Moondance Magick
