Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillets (such as cod, halibut, or tilapia)
  • 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused butter

  • 1/2 lemon, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 4 slices of onion
  • 4 slices of zucchini
  • 4 slices of tomato

Going Step by Step

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut four sheets of parchment paper, each about 12 inches long.
  3. Fold each sheet of parchment paper in half and cut out a large heart shape.
  4. Open the parchment paper hearts and brush the inside of each with the cannabis-infused butter and olive oil.
  5. Place a fish fillet on one half of each heart-shaped parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the fish fillets and top each with a sprig of thyme and rosemary.
  7. Place a slice of onion, zucchini, and tomato on top of each fish fillet.
  8. Squeeze a little lemon juice over each fillet and add a slice of lemon on top.
  9. Fold the other half of each parchment paper heart over the fish fillet and crimp the edges together to seal the packets.
  10. Place the parchment paper packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
