Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup cannabis pesto
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Going Step by Step

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut the zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cut the red onion into wedges.
  4. Thread the vegetables onto skewers, alternating between different types of veggies.
  5. Brush the skewers with cannabis pesto, making sure to coat each piece evenly.
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the skewers.
  7. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender, turning occasionally.
