Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup cannabis-infused coconut oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut, toasted (for garnish)

Going Step by Step

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, cannabis-infused coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  4. Slowly pour the egg mixture into the slightly cooled coconut milk mixture, whisking continuously to prevent curdling.
  5. Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish and pour the custard mixture into the crust.
