Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted cannabutter, melted
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup raisins
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Going Step by Step
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, melted cannabutter, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir until well combined and press the mixture into the prepared pie dish, forming the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the ricotta cheese, eggs, milk, and lemon zest until smooth. Fold in the chopped walnuts and raisins.
- Pour the ricotta mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the pie is set and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 2 hours to set.
- Once chilled, dust the top with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness.
