Healthy bread these days can be hard to come by. This kind of bread is not only healthy, but it is also safe for anyone on a Paleo diet since it contains surprisingly high amounts of essential proteins and nutrients like fiber while staying low in carbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups hemp seeds
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Going Step by Step

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the hemp seeds, almond flour, coconut flour, chia seeds, baking soda, and sea salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well until a thick batter forms.
  5. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Slice and serve the Hemp Seed Bread as desired. It is delicious on its own or topped with your favorite spreads.
