Salisbury steak is incredible all by itself, but this recipe boasts a rather large portion of infused gravy. The Lean And Green Salisbury Steak is a delicious and nutritious dish that combines the classic flavors of Salisbury steak with the added benefits of cannabis-infused gravy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Going Step by Step

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into oval-shaped patties, approximately 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until browned. Remove the patties from the skillet and set them aside.
