Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons marijuana-infused olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions

Going Step by Step

  1. Heat the marijuana-infused olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into crumbles.
  2. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, tomato paste, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring the chili to a simmer.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let the chili simmer for at least 45 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Stir occasionally.
  5. Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed. If you prefer a thicker chili, simmer uncovered for an additional 15 minutes to allow it to reduce.
  6. Serve the marijuana-infused chili hot, garnished with your favorite toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions.
  7. Give it a try and enjoy!

Tips

  • Remember, the potency of your marijuana-infused olive oil will vary.
  • Start with a small amount and gradually increase it to find your desired potency.
  • Keep in mind that the effects of cannabis edibles may take longer to kick in compared to inhalation methods.
  • Start with one portion of a serving, wait for one to two hours, and assess how you feel before consuming more.
  • Avoid driving or operating machinery after consuming edibles. Use responsibly and store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

We are sure you are a perfect cook! Nonetheless, do remember to pay attention to the amount of Marijuana Infused Chili you consume: it should always be modified based on the strength of your product and the potency you desire. Dosing homemade edibles can be tricky, so it is strongly recommended to start with one portion of a serving. After one or two hours, listen to your body and decide whether to consume more. It is not recommended to drive or operate any machinery when taking edibles. Use responsibly!
