  • 2 cups rhubarb, chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Going Step by Step

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, melted cannabis-infused butter, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Toss until the rhubarb is coated evenly.
  3. Roll out the refrigerated pie crust onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon the rhubarb mixture onto the center of the pie crust, leaving a border of about 2 inches.
  5. Gently fold the edges of the pie crust over the rhubarb, creating a rustic, free-form shape.
  6. Brush the edges of the crust with the beaten egg wash.
