Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cannabis-infused olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce

Going Step by Step

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, cannabis-infused olive oil, parsley, milk, onion, garlic, egg, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Preheat your slow cooker on low heat.
  4. In a separate saucepan, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat until warmed through.
  5. Carefully transfer the meatballs into the slow cooker and pour the warm marinara sauce over them, ensuring all the meatballs are coated.
  6. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together and the meatballs to become tender.
  7. Once cooked, serve the slow-cooked cannabis meatballs with your favorite pasta or as a standalone dish. Don't forget to spoon some of the delicious sauce over the top!
  8. Give it a try and enjoy!
