Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons cannabis-infused olive oil (adjust based on desired potency)

Going Step by Step

  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Slowly drizzle in the cannabis-infused olive oil while the food processor is running, until well incorporated.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
  5. Transfer the cannabis-infused hummus to a serving bowl.
  6. Serve with your favorite dippers such as tortilla chips, carrots, celery, pita chips, bagel thins, crackers, cucumber, red pepper, or apple.
  7. You can also add the cannabis-infused hummus to tacos or salads for an extra kick of flavor.
  8. Give it a try and enjoy!

Tips

  • For a stronger THC potency, you can increase the amount of cannabis-infused olive oil used.
  • Remember to label your cannabis-infused hummus clearly to avoid accidental consumption by those who may not desire its effects.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
