Ingredients

  • 1 package Won Ton wrappers
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 tablespoon of spicy mayo
  • 1 tablespoon of THC oil
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Going Step by Step

  1. Preheat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the Won Ton wrappers diagonally into triangle shapes.
  3. Fry the Won Ton wrappers in batches until they are golden brown and crispy. Drain them on paper towels and season with salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the mashed avocado, tuna, spicy mayo, THC oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt and pepper.
  5. Place a spoonful of the tuna mix onto each Won Ton chip.
