Ingredients
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cannabutter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Going Step by Step
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the grated zucchini, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate larger bowl, whisk together the melted cannabutter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
